Abstract

1. Abstract
Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) is a rare condition during pregnancy. This case report is of a 24-year-old woman treated with transabdominal pectopexy with mesh insertion during pregnancy. She presented to the hospital at 13+4 weeks of gestational age(GA) accompanied by uterine prolapse with cervical bleeding. Although conservative treatment was applied, the cervical condition became worse.
