1. Abstract
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract, which is a serious threat to human health. Mutations in key driver genes have great relationship with the occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis of CRC. The targeted therapy and immunotherapy have become effective burgeoning tumor treatment strategy. A 45-year-old Chinese woman with multiple driver gene mutations with CRC was reported. This report indicated the clinical features, surgical treatment, pathological diagnosis, immunohistochemical and gene sequencing results. The patient had 6 driver gene mutations that have clear or potential clinical significance with corresponding treatment regimens and can lead to activation of multiple oncogenic pathways.
