Dear Sir,
I must admit that the name of the magazine you run is precious. Those of us who have studied Medicine and have specialized in its different areas have done so with an inalienable sense of helping others. From our interaction with the patient, cases arise, clinical, surgical, mixed or of any other type, because human nature is what dictates the norms and the human being feels the need to classify and categorize in order to understand.
