1. Abstract

Two cases of mid- esophageal stenosis in children during one year in our hospital. Their story of progressive dysphagia and vomiting started since birth, at six to nine months old, an esophageal stenosis was diagnosed by contrast esophagogram. First case has vertebral anomaly, operated at age five years, while the second was without commitment anomalies, operated at age three years after 18 sessions of dilatation.
