1. Abstract

1.1. Purpose: We propose a new technique, endoscope with freezing technique, in resection of orbital neurilemmoma.

1.2. Methods: A 53 years old female patient suffered from visual acuity decline of left eye for one year. The best correct visual acuity of left eye was 2/20 and the proptosis of left eye was 14mm. Relative afferent pupillary block of left eye was positive.
